This little guy was waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel in Vienna. |

Dinner the night we arrived. |
We arrived in Vienna about 10pm, and went out for a quick bite of dinner. We were so tired we almost fell asleep at the table. Reid had barely slept since leaving Chicago the day before. |

Another church...there are LOTS of churches in Vienna |

The "dome" in this church was a fake. |
When you entered the church and looked at the ceiling, it appeared as though their was a huge, decorated dome in the center. |

When you walked to the other side, you could see it was just an artists trick. |

Dinner Day 2. |

We had Wienner Schnitzel for dinner at this place. They were advertised to be "as big as your plate" and they were. |

Day 3 |
On Day 3, we spent the day wandering around Hofburg. Which was an unbelievable display of georgeous buildings built by one of the Austrian kings. |

We saw these signs all over Vienna. Never could figure out what they meant. |

Dinner Day 3. |
Reid chose our dinner spot on our last night. He chose, of all places, a Lebanese restaraunt (with the help at Karen at the Hilton). As you can see it, like everything else in Europe, was under construction and covered by scaffolding. |
We had to climb under this plastic to get into the restaurant. |

Our table was in the courtyard by this "lovely" fish pond. |

He got to know the owner of the restaurant, who coincidently went to College at Webster University - a university in St. Louis that apparently has a sister college in Vienna. The guy's cousin also lives in Texas, so he gave Reid his cousin's email address to contact him from Baylor. |
