We left Yellowstone and headed south into Grand Teton National Park.
Almost as soon as we got into the Tetons, we saw our first Moose (actually we
saw 4 Moose). The big event of the day, however, was actually staying in a
cabin! We stayed at Signal Mountain Lodge. No TV, but it did have
heat and running water and a stunning view of the Grand Tetons.
Amazingly the lodge and the main road through the Tetons were about to close
for the winter the very next week.

We went on a hike up a stream. First thing we saw was this bear track. I took this picture in case we were eaten. |

We took a 6 mile hike around Jenny Lake to a water fall. The colors and scenery were spectacular. |
