Musky Fishing - Lake of the Woods, Canada - Totem Lodge -- October 5 - 10, 2008
Jon, Rick, Harold and Dave went to Canada for a fall Musky fishing trip. Dave and I joined Rick and Harold for their annual trip up to Totem Lodge on Lake of the Woods for fall Musky. Fishing was good, weather was as you would expect in Canada in October -- rainy and cool. All four of us caught personal best Musky's and Dave caught a personal best Northern. Highlights of the trip:
- Rick caught a MONSTER 53 1/2" Musky. Rick has been hunting for a 50+ fish for 20 years and had been stuck on 49 1/2".
- Harold caught a beast of a 47 incher.
- Jon caught a nice 46"
- Dave caught a 43 1/2". The bigger story for Dave was leading the group with 7 Musky's in the boat.
